How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Where is my order coming from (can I pick it up)?

We currently sell online only and do not have a show room. All orders are shipped out. We are located in Kansas City, MO.

How long will my order take to reach me?

We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and it typically takes 3 business days. Usually with the date shipped counting as day one (please note that it can take up to six business days; the only guaranteed shipping time is through the purchase of expedited shipping).

Please choose a secure ship to address, as once an item is shown as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Orders begin being processed almost immediately after they are placed. As such, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. No exceptions.

Packages returned to us:

Orders are sent to the address provided exactly as it was entered. Please take care to place billing and shipping information on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us due to failure to provide a correct or complete address will be resent after a new address is provided and shipping has been paid through PayPal. Failure to do so within one weeks time will result in order cancellation less the shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee..

Our Shipping Process:

We ship on Tuesdays & Thursdays with the exceptions of holidays. In order to ship on the next shipping day, your order must be placed by 10pm on the night before our scheduled shipping day (for example, orders placed Wednesday after 10:00 pm CST will ship on Tuesday). In some very rare cases, orders will ship one day later than the stated schedule.

Where is my tracking information?

Tracking e-mails are generated the day following shipment by close of business (5 pm CST)..

What about Expedited shipping?

We offer Expedited Shipping with USPS Monday – Thursday on orders placed before 5pm CST.
Please take care to select the appropriate shipping based on number of items. Selecting the incorrect Expedited shipping item amount will result in an invoice for the difference of the Expedited shipping costs selected plus a $5 processing fee..

Please note that due to recent a rise in fraudulent transactions Expedited shipping will not be allowed on orders where the shipping and billing addresses do not match. The order will be cancelled and forwarded to our Fraud Department for further review and the necessary follow up and actions will be taken.

International Shipping:

We only ship within the United States at this time due to a rise in fraudulent activities concerning international shipping.
Astound reserves the right to immediately refuse or cancel any order we deem suspicious.
